  • NeuroKinetic Therapy

A form of manual muscle testing that is based on the premise that when an injury occurs, certain muscles become inhibited, forcing other muscles to become overworked. This technique is designed to break the cycle of constantly releasing the same tight muscles, breaking compensation patterns, and rebalancing the body.

  • Swedish Massage

Designed to improve overall relaxation, Swedish massage uses lighter pressure to increase circulation, reduce pain, and rejuvenate stiff or sore muscles and joints. This type of massage is great for anyone who feels constantly stressed and has trouble sleeping.

  • Deep Tissue Massage

Similar technique to Swedish massage but with increasing degrees of pressure to effect underlying muscle tissue below the skin’s surface to work out old and repetitive pain. This type of massage is ideal for chronic pain, constant physical activity, and injuries.

  • Neuromuscular Therapy & Trigger Point Therapy

A trigger point is where part of a muscle keeps a sustained contraction. Most people refer to this as a “knot” in their muscle and having a muscle constantly tensed makes the muscle fatigued and weaker over time. Neuromuscular Therapy focuses specifically on releasing these contractions which can also alleviate nerve pain such as sciatica, migraines, and even improve posture.
